Another advantage of an LLC is anonymity; in Illinois LLCs only disclose a manager and an agent's names, neither whom necessarily point to an owner or even a member of the company. Using several types of public records and methods, we identify obfuscated networks of ownership.

RealPage is acquiring payments processor Livble to give landlords the ability to subdivide monthly rents through direct integration with tenants’ real-time cash flow data. RealPage is entering the surveillance pricing game. What could possibly go wrong?
