Little detail, the guy on the phone told me that he put my booking on hold so I could keep the ticket at that price and that seat so doubling the price seems criminal at this point. Now im seating in a station waiting for the next bus in 6 hours. Thanks a lot @VIA_Rail 4/4.

me to input my credit card info on the phone which is a bit sus but I do it either way, then they tell me it doesn’t work on their end either and tell me to just go to the station. Like ??? But I still go to the station and there, same thing, “our system is down” 2/?.

I just had the worst experience ever with @VIA_Rail… tried to purchase a last minute ticket for a train leaving in an hour online, didn’t work with multiple credit cards. Called my bank, not a single issue on their end. Called VIA Rail, after a painfully long wait, they ask /?.
