Just over a decade ago, I worked for a huge insurance specialty brokerage company. We insured "tougher" businesses - oil & gas, pharm, truckers - you name it. They offshored their back office functions to China. So China then had access to DL info, SS numbers, full financial.

As i get ready for a short trip out of town, I realized that in one way the anti-Americans have won. I will not visit any larger city without my husband, who is always armed. I will admit that I'm afraid of what's out there, knowing that I'm a target of their hate. I used to.

My son recently quit his mega-bucks, high-stress, high-demand job. To work at the Catholic School where his two sons will be attending. He is debt-free, and just wants to spend more time with his family & enjoy life. I'm proud of him.
