HiHi Puffy Ami Yumi reunion. Man this is the life! We had such a great time. Thank you for those that came. This was in the planning by me for years. Dont miss the next one. KAZ!!!!!
I don't understand. I usually average 30 to 40 likes on my posts. Ive done Star Trek, Star Wars, World of Warcraft, Men in Black, etc etc in product. But the minute I post something I did for Monkie Kid I get 1250 likes and over 18K views. Clearly I am missing something.
Janice Kawaye will be coming with me to the Pasadena Comic Con on Jan 28.
This is a rare opportunity to get her autograph.60 She was Jenny the Teenage Robot, Ami in HiHi Puffy Ami Yumi, Yuzu Kurosaki in Bleach, Sam in Young Justice and a ton of others.
Come on down and meet her

This is my old neighborhood. I lived in a 5th floor walk up. Coming home at 2AM was no sweat. The junkies on the corner protected the neighborhood if they knew you were a local. My wife just bought a stun gun. I will beat you if you come within 4 feet of me.
Ok folks, this is going to be one rare time when the three of us, Grey DeLisle, Janice Kawaye, and I will be together in this crazy reunion of HHPAY show. It might be the last. So come on down.
Due to a big fan response, Janice Kawaye, the voice of Jenny Wakeman of My Life as a Teenage Robot, is coming with me to the Simi Valley Toy and Comic Fest at the Grand Vista Hotel on Feb 25th in Simi Valley. Come on down!!!!
@JasonIsbell
I didnt know who you were when I first met you. A couple songs later I knew I was in the presence of a true balladeer. The kind I grew up devouring on a cheap record player in a one room flat in Honolulu. No running water. Pete Seeger, Bob Dylan, Tom Paxton, Jack Elliot. Damn.
@ShannonTindle_1
I look at it this way. It took me 46 years to get a role in the Star Wars franchise. 45 years to get any Star Trek creds. 54 years before I got to work with you. And I still dont get no respect from the studios. But Im cool with that.
@JasonIsbell
You did this at a Deadwood shoot. I didnt know who you were. W Earl Brown brought you along like he does his many friends. You started playing and I got dizzy thinking who is this guy? I had to ask your name twice. I now got all your recordings.
40 years ago in 1982 me and Conrad Bain in Different Strokes. It was an interesting year for me. I did Hart 2 Hart, Cheers, Jeffersons, Taxi, Matt Houston, and Frances. A film with Jessica Lange, Sam Shepard, and the great Kim Stanley.
@WesleyLowery
@rolandsmartin
I walked onto the 1st reading of one of HBO's best all time series. I was the only POC there. 20 actors. Creative staff of 30 or more. Technical crew of 30 or more. 1 black janitor, 1 latino security, and me. How fucked up is that.
Oh god, I just came home and saw an audition request. It was for a character I had created for a series a decade ago and they were resurrecting it. Only they wanted me to audition for it. And what reference did they use. Me! Mine! I was supposed to sound like me?!! No kill me 1st
@JasonIsbell
I was watching The Circus, Showtimes popular weekly political show.I swear I heard you singing during the credit crawl at the end of the show.
20 years ago, we came together to do HiHi Puffy Ami Yumi show. Those who know loved it. It is one of my favorite characters. And I was Storm Shadow, Jeong Jeong, Cmdr Sato, Buck Bokai, etc but Kaz Rocks.
This is a one in a million chance.
@estarLA
@TheHuntington
I usually like to tell them to go back to that Meat Pie eating country of theirs and remind them that while their ancestors were digging for grubworms to eat ours were inventing paper, writing, and gunpowder.

We always had to wear jeans with holes in them until they became totally unwearable. This was rural Hawaii. Then it became a fad and rich people spent loads on those jeans. Pissed because I suffered all those years of humiliation.
My first job of the year. LA Studios to work on a great villain role on a Netflix Animation Movie. With my buddies C Shannon Tindle and John Aoshima! Apare!!!!!
If you listen real close you will find that the voice of Tetsujin, the bear, in Samurai Rabbit is also done by the guy who did Jei, the villain, in the TMNT/Usagi three parter. That was me.
兄弟 Heng Dai. Never HAng Die.
Heng is pronounced with a combo of i and e.
First character is older brother, the second is younger brother. Combined they have a deep meaning of being brothers. Do not say this to anybody. Its deep. You know, like Wu and Sweggin'.
@JasonIsbell
Man I'm tired of those that are guided by their popularity instead of their backbone. Seeger never did. Willy doesn't. Baez went to jail for it. Remember "This guitar kills Fascists?" Love you man.
@JasonIsbell
John C. Reilly walked out in the middle of filming a movie once when he found out they harmed a mule. The director caused the animal to be killed and Reilly refused to work with him. Ive loved him ever since.
If you dont wanna watch me as Tetsujin on Samurai Rabbit/The Usagi Chronicles on Netflix of 4/28. On 4/29 my episode of Grace and Frankie will drop on Nflix. Season 7 episode 11. I am a versatile mofo.
I was gonna wait for the right moment. But they let the cat out of the bag. We going to have a big party in Deadwood, South Dakota at Mr Wu's Casino on Mothers Day. With a pig roast and some bands all day and Wu to make sure you got the hand signals correct.

@TeenVogue
Nope if Kevin Tsujihara had to resign, if Ron Meyers had to resign, if Al Franken had to resign, you have to resign too. What you did to Asian Americians does not make it right even if you went back to school on it. We getting killed out there. Our asses kicked.
Mickie McGowan, one of the first loop group runners and ADR casting directors, crossed over to the other side last night. She groomed a lot of VA's in her time including me. If you knew her you would always have an opportunity to work with the best of the best. Love you Mickie.
@angryasianman
Im a bit disappointed that the Mom, Han YeRi is not getting any recognition. I think she was brilliant. Its the kind of acting that goes unnoticed but yet supports the whole thematic structure as well as the cast. She is such a good actress.

No cell phone, no personal media, no car.
Just a $12 suit from Goodwill and a pair of second hand black Beatle boots for another 50 cents, and a bus pass on the streets of Hollywood with a handfull of dreams, a pocketful of change.
How come there's no Funko Pop for Jeong Jeong of Avatar. Mr Wu of Deadwood. Jun Sato of Star Wars Rebels, Mr Sanban of Codename Kids,
Grandpa of American Dragon, Disonansu of Naruto, but theres one of Mr Negative of Spider Man??? Just asking.....
@TeenVogue
No you got to go. Now. If Kevin Tsuihara, Ron Meyers, and Al Franken had to resign so do you. You put us in a dangerous place. We cant go out on the streets. My family is terrified. From one who has been beaten and harassed. We aint "moving on from here". Go!
We will be serving Mr Wu's fine BBQ Pig with that special seasoning this Mother's day weekend. Food is Gratis and Free. Join me and some great bands at Mr Wu's Casino in downtown Deadwood, SD. No Mr Wu will not be singing "Cover Me Up". But he might do some Carter Family.
After you seen all your super heroes and anime love bugs at Terrificon come down and see the real c

%kkaa and have a Storm Shadow of a time. You might learn a few Fire Bending tricks too.
@nancywyuen
When I first started in tv, makeup used a base made by Max Factor called "Oriental Yellow". All it did was make u look yellow. It was developed for Katherine Hepburn when she played Chinese.
Samurai Rabbit/The Usagi Chronicles. 10 episodes dropped on Netflix today.
I am Tetsujin, the bear.
You ignored me, then you laughed at me, then you wanted to fight me, then I won.
You might know that Janice and I were also in Teen Titans go to Tokyo movie. Bring your DVD covers.
Grey and I were in Avatar as well. I was Jeong Jeong.
Just a shout out to my buddy and Hong Yun road partner, Jimmy Hong, who everybody is forgetting was in Everything Everywhere flick too. Jimmy should be recognized already for his longevity and contibution to the film industry for decades.
@michaelharriot
Remember when Oxtails were junk food and selling for cheap. Now all of a sudden the man has gotten into it and now the prices for tails are sky high. Whats next chefs, Neck bones????? They steal, they steal, and then they appropriate.
@angryasianman
Every time I was called a Chink, Jap, Gook, Slope, Dink, etc. I was getting a lesson in Critical Race Theory. Ask any Asian American parent that when they had to explain what that meant when their child was called that.
Friday and Im working again on a new project from Thailand. A country I fell in love with when I did 2 movies there. One in Bangkok and one in Chiang Mai. It is a great heartbreaking drama about a national incident there. All my studies about Thai language and culture paid off.
Its the New Year and we are starting off on the road to Albuquerque. Storm Shadow, Cdr. Sato, Buck Bokai, Mr Wu, and Jeong Jeong will be there with me.
And I'll be premiering my pic from the new Ultraman Rising.
Come on down.
@NCLuke1024
@vas_90s
I worked with Phil when we were just starting out. We did Walla together. Man he was brilliant. He could do the whole scene to a party by himself. He was just so good in his own league.
@Eleven_Films
@SOSHealthPlan
Thank you Eleven films from a senior who has been a member for 57 years of SAG/Aftra. I truly am ashamed at the union who I once loved so much.
@LuciaLobosvilla
My friend and mentor, Mako, who played Uncle, would have loved it. He loved spicy food. Once he and I ate raw korean crabs in chili's. It was a glorious day we spent building sets for a play at our theater. Hot Hot Hot.
@angryasianman
Im glad we get to see this. So now you know what your classmates really think of you. No matter what those deep blue eyes pledge to you their love and honesty, know deep down inside they hate you. Because they fear your culture. Every time you bring them home know this.
Grey DeLisle and I will be at the Simi Valley Comic Fest tomorrow repping HiHi Puffy Ami Yumi. Our other cast member, Janice Kawaye, could not make it but I will have a pic with her autograph with me. It will have the 3 of us on the pic so you can get all 3 at the Fest.
