Restricted to 50 Aussie athletes for Tokyo opening ceremony due to Covid. Deputy Chef de Missions, Evelyn Halls & Kenny Wallace, put on a great event in the village for 200+ Aussie athletes. Games oath led by Kyle Vander-Kuyp and our team then marched, singing, to Tokyo harbour.

So unbelievably honoured to be given the responsibility of Deputy Chef De Mission for the Australian Olympic Team competing in Tokyo this July. Being handed the baton from good friend and fellow AOC athletes Commision member Kim Brennan means that I have big shoes to fill.
