It's really important that people understand something: tariffs are paid by the importer, not the exporter. That cost is then passed on to their customers. This means tariffs on Chinese (or any) imports are a massive tax increase on Americans. Trump's statement is 100% untrue👇🏾.
The United States Treasury has taken in MANY billions of dollars from the Tariffs we are charging China and other countries that have not treated us fairly. In the meantime we are doing well in various Trade Negotiations currently going on. At some point this had to be done!.

When I was younger, I used to think aging was about gray hair and rocking chairs. Now in my 50s, I realize it’s needing glasses before entering a hotel shower to read and memorize which bottles are the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Confusing conditioner with gel, ugh.
