I asked both kids how they wanted to spend this day. My son didn’t hesitate: “I want to go to the game.” I don’t think there is a place he feels closer to his dad than sitting in the C of Red. ❤️.
One year ago, the world lost an incredible man who inspired so many with his courage, bravery, and dedication to making the most out of life. Chris was a beacon of positivity, uplifting those around him and bringing out the best in everyone. We miss you every day Snowy ❤️

One year, one day, one hundred years. The pain of life without you feels both brand new and ancient. Some days I hear your voice in my head like I talked to you yesterday. Some days it feels like it’s been years since I held your warm hand in mine. We love you so, Chris.
Today we hugged Chris for the last time and said goodbye as he went to give four people the gift of life by donating his kidneys, liver and lungs. We are deeply broken and deeply proud. In life and in death, Chris never stopped giving. We walk forward with his light guiding us.
