I believe @Ian_McCaw1 is in a tough spot. Even if he wanted to make a change, I don’t see Liberty agreeing to pay $15m+ in a buyout. Ian could demand OC/DC changes, but HCJC could simply say no and there’s little to nothing that Liberty could do to force it.

I believe Ian has to try to negotiate a buyout of Chadwell. We can’t pay him the $15-$20m owed, but if we could get it to $10m, I think we have to try. I like the guy, but for whatever reason it’s not working here. The damage being done to the program is absolutely terrible.
