Mental health awareness is so Important for all our patients and staff, if we don't get mental health right we wont get physical health right, we also need to remember 'it's 'okay not to be okay as a mental health first aider and as a friend my phone/email is always available ❣

Like so many of my work colleagues, work has been a challenge and working life has been very different, BUT all that stress and upset is very much forgotten when you receive a lovely bunch of flowers from an amazing family for just been ME ❣
