Hey @tonal! Is there a way I can find out which installation partner serves my area? Just had a terrible experience with a @onepeloton delivery / install serviced by @XPOLogistics. Peloton can't use a different partner in my area so the equipment is being returned.

Well… Peloton is unable or unwilling to assign a different delivery partner… and we are unwilling to continue to deal with the dysfunction that is XPO. @XPOLogistics has cost @onepeloton a customer.

TL;DR @onepeloton products are great. @XPOLogistics is terrible. If you're buying Peloton equipment, BEG them to have anyone other than XPO handle the delivery and installation.

More time on the phone with @onepeloton. At this point, I ask them to provide a new Tread (this one is broken and the delivery team was banging it all around while repacking it. ) AND to send literally anyone except @XPOLogistics to perform the install.

The installation team then receives another call from @XPOLogistics informing them that they are not permitted to take the Tread with them. At that point, they were about to leave with the Tread sitting in my driveway!.

While on the phone with Peloton, the @XPOLogistics team informs me that they've been released and will be leaving and taking the broken Tread with them. Ok. not ideal but at least the Tread won't be in the way and we can work toward a resolution with less inconvenience.

Many calls and many hours later, we have another @XPOLogistics team scheduled to perform our installation on 16-May. At this point, we have almost zero hope that this will go well and we express that concern to @onepeloton. .
