Hey @tonal! Is there a way I can find out which installation partner serves my area? Just had a terrible experience with a @onepeloton delivery / install serviced by @XPOLogistics. Peloton can't use a different partner in my area so the equipment is being returned.

Well… Peloton is unable or unwilling to assign a different delivery partner… and we are unwilling to continue to deal with the dysfunction that is XPO. @XPOLogistics has cost @onepeloton a customer.

TL;DR @onepeloton products are great. @XPOLogistics is terrible. If you're buying Peloton equipment, BEG them to have anyone other than XPO handle the delivery and installation.

That brings us to today. Spent some time on the phone with Tracy in customer service leadership. Like everyone at Peloton, he's pleasant, sympathetic, and genuinely wants to help. Seems like he's in a position with a bit more flexibility to get things done. We'll see. .

More time on the phone with @onepeloton. At this point, I ask them to provide a new Tread (this one is broken and the delivery team was banging it all around while repacking it. ) AND to send literally anyone except @XPOLogistics to perform the install.

Thankfully, they at least moved the Tread back into the garage (again in the way of a vehicle) and then left. .

The installation team then receives another call from @XPOLogistics informing them that they are not permitted to take the Tread with them. At that point, they were about to leave with the Tread sitting in my driveway!.

While on the phone with Peloton, the @XPOLogistics team informs me that they've been released and will be leaving and taking the broken Tread with them. Ok. not ideal but at least the Tread won't be in the way and we can work toward a resolution with less inconvenience.

Back on the phone with Peloton. Customer service is quickly trying to find the part nearby in the hope that they can get something to us and still complete the installation.

They begin unpacking the Tread and find that, thanks to the way the initial delivery team left the Tread standing, it is now broken and they don't have the part to fix it 🤬.

10:15a on 16-May the installation team arrives. Things are looking up! They are capable of installing a Tread, strong enough to get it upstairs, and ready to go!.

We're assured that this will be better this time. 15-May automated call. The installation team will arrive between 9a and 12p.

Many calls and many hours later, we have another @XPOLogistics team scheduled to perform our installation on 16-May. At this point, we have almost zero hope that this will go well and we express that concern to @onepeloton. .
