Day6 at Run camp and getting the mikes in with some hot challenging runs

Day 4 of run camp and a rest day, this group has bonded and making memories everyday, as well as getting some great runs in

First day of run camp with the run leaders from the Health&Hustle followed by some water aerobics and some downtime. This is how we roll ready for the next couch course when we return 💙♥️💙
