My new diet is SO locked in, just wrote out my training sessions for this month as well as a few other people's, and with dropping my carbs about 50g and upping my protein and fats by about 20 to 30 im looking so much more full dude. Im SO UP.

I've started measuring all increments of time in free birds. A drive to Columbus from Myrtle beach? That's only 9 hours and 45 minutes. That's 65 free birds.
I do stairmaster after each lift (5x a week) for 45 minutes. Not just good cardio but builds the legs like crazy. It's hell. BUT I found out that if I listen to Free Bird just under 5 times then I'm already done.
