Big welcome to new PhD students, @kay_polland & @mollliebrown, who started this week @PhysicsStrath. Kay will be developing new endoscopic imaging methods for clinical interventions. Mollie will be investigating membrane dynamics using 3D super-resolution imaging methods.

After 6 years in hospitality I have done my last shift and finally hung up my apron and I am beyond excited for the next stage of my life and using my crazy little brain that got me a masters degree in physics. Life is crazy 🥹🖤

also want to add I could not have got here without my high school physics teacher he was the most inspiring and made physics so much fun, I was going to apply to architecture but my 4th and 5th year of school completely changed that because of him.
