I didn’t think we had enough rain for white mold this year. Guess I’am mistaken. Spores are plentiful in the high biomass areas of the field.

What extreme heat does to edible beans at pod fill time. Crop looks excellent from the outside, inside the pods tell a different story.

New 100 day from dekalb beginning to dent, last year at this time I had corn almost fully dented. Very warm days and nights and less than normal precipitation has slowed the maturity a bit.

Starting to find some Tar spot in unsprayed areas. lower canopy, and less pressure than last year at this time.

Spider mites were attacking the headlands on some soybeans around my house. Contemplated spraying the headland with cygon. Didn’t. Nice to see the biologicals at work.
