Using a four-wave longitudinal design, we found that the strongest predictor of task-related and proactive employee green behavior was between-person coworker social support, whereas the strongest predictor of counterproductive green behavior was between-person autonomy.

Generally, we find that feedback orientation (one's general openness and receptivity to feedback) is the strongest predictor of job performance when considered alongside other important predictors (i.e., feedback seeking, feedback environment, LMX, and role clarity)
