In our late 20s and early 30s, I think it’s normal for our close friends circle to shrink. The training wheels of life are off, baby! Responsibilities galore! But this doesn’t doom us to loneliness — it just means that community is all the more important.

I was truly blown away by RJR being Trump's top corporate donor. Based on some of the reporting by folks at Wash Post last year, I suspect this will have a big influence on the US' forthcoming nicotine and tobacco regulation.

I asked @NinaTotenberg for a correction this morning. I was polite; I don't believe it was an error made intentionally. But it's disappointing to see that this has remained online as is. This is the kind of misinfo that is harmful for a super politicized debate in public health

Corrections stink! Especially when you're reporting on a high-profile story that isn't completely within your beat. But you know what stinks worse? Letting readers down by failing to address understandable human errors. That's worse than making the mistake!

As a former reporter, I really feel for others who make stats errors in their reporting. They happen! But at the same time, it is wild that this article hasn't been corrected yet. Nina's tweet is correct, but the language in her story is not. Fed data here
