I will be travelling with @LNER in future - even though that means a change at Doncaster. And I will certainly not be paying for first class with @EastMidRailway again!

And their trains are better too!

If I travel with @LNER I get a hot meal and dessert and unlimited wine and soft drinks. And access to the first class lounge to work beforehand.

Am hugely disappointed by your first class experience @EastMidRailway. No first class lounges and only a basic sandwich and coffee on board. And the wifi is awful. Your competitors offer so much more. I paid £25 for an upgrade and it was a waste of money.

No updates at all from @asda. Not even a text message. And apparently I can’t even go to the store to pick up - no one can get through to the store.

Was told I’d need to call the Wallington Store myself as apparently @asda customer services don’t have access to phones?! I called the store - they don’t take customer calls and advise calling customer services!

Appalled by my experience of @asda today. Online shop booked between 10am and 12pm. Text confirming ‘out for delivery’ then no show. 3 calls to customer service - absolutely useless. Couldn’t give me any information at all and just said that my order would be cancelled. Probably.
