OKAMI 2!!!! ๐คฉ (whenever anyone tells me games aren't art I ask them if they've played Okami).
An Okami sequel is underway at Capcom! Okami is a game critically acclaimed for its unique world, heartwarming story, and exciting adventures. Now, a new adventure in the same vein as Okami has been set in motion. #TheGameAwards

@StorytellingCol Because I canโt guarantee that all these things will happen to you if you publish your game, but I can guarantee that nothing will happen if you donโt publish your game. So press that big green button. See what happens.

@StorytellingCol These days, I try to reframe my thinking about putting my writing out into the world. I can often get caught up in 'what could go wrong?' But now I try to think about what could go right.

@StorytellingCol I almost didn't publish it. I had a panic attack thinking about what could go wrong. What would people think? Would anyone buy it? Is it any good? What if people find a mistake with the rule system? . But I summoned the courage and pressed the big green button.

@StorytellingCol I've been obsessed with games since I was a kid. It had been a long time dream to write games, and I finally had the time to do it. So I bit the bullet and wrote and published my TTRPG in a month. Come hell or highwater, that thing was going out into the world.

@StorytellingCol I came to game writing completely burnt out from the pandemic. Iโd spent a decade writing novels that came close to selling, but never quite got there. My mum had just got through cancer, my mental health was a mess, and I felt like my writing had no purpose. But I loved games.

It's been three years since I published my first Call of Cthulhu TTRPG, The Hammersmith Haunting, through @StorytellingCol's Write Your First Adventure Course. It's now sold 700+ copies and changed my life. A short thread on how it came about and what's happened since. ๐งต.

Behold! Mystra, Goddess of Magic (and arguably the second worst character in Baldur's Gate 3). Forget main character energy, I'm all about the side villain energy. ๐ . Finally had a chance to finish adding magic to these pics from Jarod Burns and had to share! #baldursgate3
