Hm. Maybe I'm missing the context of this, and it probably varies wildly by person.
But I think many people struggling with self-criticism aren't particularly judgmental, and it's certainly not an absolute that feelings of superiority and inferiority are intrinsically linked.

can you say more about the superiority/inferiority thing? feels like they’re pretty inseparable. I feel like feelings of inferiority can easily change to feelings of superiority & vice versa, they’re both based on a rigid hierarchical model of worth
