I had lodged a complaint after flight cancellations. It has been over 10 weeks and only response from @British_Airways is they are very busy. Can’t understand what is keeping them busy if they cannot resolve an issue in 3 months.The reference number of my complaint is 25096553.

After being stranded by @British_Airways in the airport as below, was made to sit the flight for more than an hour and the final was CANCELLED and no stay provided for in the middle of the night. Flights rebooked for Tuesday ? Hope BA services were humane ! Any Answer?
@British_Airways The airplane and flight BA 738 to leave from London at 8.05 pm to Geneva is here at Heathrow but pilots haven’t arrived yet. This has been announnced only now at 8.04 pm when we are at gate ! Amazing ! Who is responsible and who bears the cost ? Time is money !
