Never been a fan of @Diddy but…charges of racketeering was overreach.. Domestic abuse & sex workers aside, social moralizing has no place in court. Mafiosos get handled much more gingerly than Diddy & frankly denial of bail after all the time spent behind bars was ridiculous..
