My Nana is turning 84 today and even though she doesn’t have social media, I just have to show you how beautiful, stylish & cool she is: (the last picture is her at 15 years old in 1955, and she was so stylish back then, she bleached that front part of her hair blonde!)

Just some life advice: don’t waste your life, too much on your phone, reading gossip news, anything mentally toxic, or anything that will junk up your mind and isn’t good for your mental health, outlook or mind. It’s just wasting your precious time that you’ll never get back.

To everyone who’s lost a loved one, I know the hard moments come out of no where l, and I send you a hug and to remind you it’s ok and normal when grief hits you. I just heard a song that reminds me of my dad, in the car, and cried the whole drive home. Man, the songs will get ya

If you are emotionally or physically tired, don’t think about or deal with anything that will add a stressful burden to your already tired mind, if you can help it. Even things like the negativity of social media can be too much when your mind is already exhausted & too tired❤️
