I have lost hours of my time to this. So frustrating. DO NOT book via DeltaStays!!!

I qualified to have the cost difference covered, but when I submitted my paperwork, they denied my claim. I had paid $ to hold my reservation and $ to cover the balance but the VRBO team can't read a receipt & won't call the hotel to confirm. #runaround Delta & VRBO are thieves!
