We all laugh. We all cry. We all fight battles most never know about. Important to remember this.

Social media engagement should be like dog training. Reward good behavior. Ignore bad behavior. That simple.

Your insecurities are not facts. Just beliefs. You can equally choose to believe the opposite. It really is this simple.

Got a 10 pack, flew right through them. Delicious and nutritious. Gonna makes these a staple. And the founder, @breallstrong does great customer service. Let's support small businesses on X.
Don’t just take my word for it. "Quite possibly the best crackers/chips I've ever had" They're that good. Bros up (again).

I was at a restaurant just now and saw an 84-year-old man sitting alone. He looked lonely, so I asked if I could join him. For the next hour he told me about his life. The work he did, the things he built, the trips he took. Mostly about his wife, who died a couple years ago.

Another morning of runnin’ and gunnin’. Still amazes me how meditative it is. You’re in the present moment, so in the flow.

I found this series by @gregmushen very helpful (and practical).
Why Don’t Hunter Gathers Have Heart Disease? (Part 4) Hunter gatherers walk between 15-20k steps a day. In a modern society, that takes a lot of time. Surely running for an hour would replace that, right? No. This is why we see endurance athletes with heart disease 🧵

It's silly how many expect the world to bow down to their low self-esteem. Instead, work on yourself, be better in every way you can, and the world will rise to meet you.
