Success is what truly defines us as Makerereans. The examination season is here; may we write each paper with resilience, focus, and confidence.

Students who have paid at least 60% tuition have been permitted to sit for their exams. We commend management for being very understanding and considerate. We hope a pocket friendly fees payment policy will be adopted as soon as possible.

I was privileged to meet Prof. Mary Okwakol the ED @nche_uganda and was the first female student to run for Guild Presidency at @Makerere in 1972. Her journey from student leader to full professor, vice chancellor and policy maker inspires us all.

The Makerere University Students’ Leaders attended an impactful workshop on Prevention of Electoral Violence and Crimes organized by @UgandaEC and @UNAFRI21. Crime prevention is not just a police matter but shared responsibility of the society.
