The thing is they legally can't kick them off a plan , they marketed it as unlimited, on invoice it was unlimited, so they are bringing this weekly limit to control that abuse.
@GeoffreyHuntley I still don't get why they don't just kick them off for abusing the service, or force them to pay for fair use after they have gone beyond what max was meant for. Why punish everyone else and put a weekly cap?.
