Part of creating a sense of belonging in playspaces is integrating cultural identity into the design. The Día de los Muertos themed playground in Brownsville, TX is an example of how we work with the community to tie in cultural elements. #HispanicHeritageMonth

When possible, we incorporate cultural elements from the communities we work with into our playspace designs. Earlier this year, we added murals containing drawings representative of the Hispanic culture to our playground at Uvalde Dual Language Academy. #HispanicHeritageMonth
