Its an old-school sexist tactic to belittle females, addressing women with first-name familiarity instead of the respect of official title or last name. As learned in sexual harassment awareness training this is blatant disrespect & reveals Trump camp’s true feelings about women.

Something to think about. People say they don’t believe Trump and his supporters are sexist. So why do they only refer to his female opponent by her first name? Biden is Biden, Trump is Trump. But in all Republican campaign ads, Harris is referred to as Kamala, not Harris.
