I love that @britishairways says that you can rebook flights, but when you actually try to do it, it's impossible! I was a very regular flyer but will now avoid wherever possible. Useless time wasting twats!

😮 Seriously? Saturday 😮 Van Halen used to ask for all of the brown M&Ms to be taken out of the packets they requested backstage. Far from being an unreasonable diva-like move, it was to check that promoters had read the contract properly! Very clever!
