By-election for Ward 3: Summerside-North in The City of Summerside is May 29. Advance voting days are May 20, 23 and 26, from 9am to 7pm. A notice of nomination will be published in both the @JournalPEI and @PEIGuardian newspapers on April 26, as well as on @ElectionsPEI.
