This case involves a very young child and multiple mandated reports. When witnesses are turned away, it undermines safety, evidence preservation, and public trust. I am asking Glendale PD to confirm the proper intake process and why it was not followed today.

A witness went in person to provide information and a formal statement. They were stonewalled and Glendale PD refused to take the statement/report. At minimum, an agency should accept an information report or written statement and issue an incident number. @CivilRights
