It's super simple: offer beautiful liturgy, preach the kerygma and teach the faith, hear confessions often, learn people's names. That's the whole formula for forming people in lasting faith. I am shocked by how many ways there are to muck it up.

I had the opportunity to talk with my diocesan Lay Missionary Formation cohort about a Rule/Plan of Life. It was a great opportunity for me to look at my own plan and update where I’ve needed to. It was a blessing.
