The vague resolution was stop waisting so much time but vague over ambitious goals end by March. I have already been waking up at 5 inconsistently so it won't be as big of a deal and I have tried a test run with not using YouTube on my phone (still allowed through my computer).

I don't normally do new year's resolutions but I think I am going to give it a go this year, I have two resolutions 1: wake up at 5:00am every morning without missing more than 1 day a month. 2: no use of social media from my phone.
