I don't use thinking mode too much. Somehow, I've never really felt that it improves answers too much.

Remember how much people spoke about tests, frameworks, methods. They're necessary but the most boring part of building software. With LLMs, building software is fun again. I'm not going to learn evals till someone comes up with an interesting way to do it.
