My new book out this week is a testament to the very fact it explores: we don't accomplish things alone in our lives. The research stands on @ClayChristensen's giant shoulders. So grateful to the team @ChristensenInst & everyone willing to explore this topic with us! #WhoYouKnow.

Q4, cont. Networks are dynamic… and it’s hard for schools that don’t want to over-survey students to make multi-dimensional measures efficient. Tech tools like @PeopleGroveCo @joinHandshake @mentorcollectiv @nearpeer_edu could provide more nuanced, real-time data #SoCapChat_CI.

Q1 As @xavbriggs has written we all need a two-sided treasure chest of #socialcapital- relationships to get by + relationships to get ahead. Networks contain tons of resources that matter for jobseeking–information, support, and references to name a few. #SoCapChat_CI.
