Special treat this morning: cup of tea sitting in my jammies and reading “The Positivity Coach” by Gill Thakray @KoruDevelopment Gill, one of the authors in my book of essays “Lessons from Lockdown” (published this month) revealed she wrote this book during lockdown. Amazing! 👍

Good point, Carolyn. I’ve had regular echocardiograms for the past 6 years, because the HER2 targeted cancer treatments I’ve been receiving are known to potentially cause heart problems. So far so good in my case. Many thanks to the @royalmarsdenNHS for being on the ball.
