Finally finished the swan I started a while ago. A bit of a change in colour scheme, I've gone all out colourful 😎. Now to start the last illustration

After spending the best part of two weeks working on my bittern illustration, this mallard has come together in just two days. I love it when that happens 🙂. Just one to go now, what shall it be.

A brief break from birds to go back to some vintage inspired illustration. This is my take on the classic Monaco Grand Prix posters. I was planning on adding more detail to this, but after trying, I decided I liked the simple bold shapes of this version best. #posters

Well, I'm glad I persevered with this (I did nearly give up several times). Thank you everyone for such a positive response, I think I'll leave it just as it is. Just 2 more birds to do, then hoping to open calendar preorders next month.

I'm leaving this like this for now as I've spent way too long on it. I've tried many more complex feather pattern combinations, but in the end, I like this simple version. I may change my mind though.
