If you are an @americanair fan, listen up. According to customer service, u can no longer use ur miles to upgrade from coach (it used to be about 15k miles & a copay). Instead, they’ll sell u a ticket from Miami to LA (not UK) for 150,000 miles. They’re making ur miles worthless.
