The goal is transparency. But the system only works if the data being uploaded is real and uncorrupted. Blockchain protects records from tampering, but it can't fix bad inputs. That's what we need to keep watching.

What each part is:. - DBM: Department of Budget and Management (gov) It generates the official documents. - Lumen: prepares and secures the docs (external). - Prismo Protocol: review sensitive content - before it’s published. (external). -Polygon: A public blockchain.

The flow:.1. DBM creates an official document (like a fund release).2. Lumen secures it and prepares it for blockchain. 3. Prismo checks what can be made public. 4. If approved, the document is published on Polygon and cannot be changed or deleted.
