it’s pretty simple - it doesn’t seem like he over exerts himself. human bodies aren’t meant to do what athletes do, and the continued necessity to optimize everything has led to athletes pushing their bodies to the limit. eventually there is a breaking point.
Why do y’all think Jokic has been able to stay so healthy, despite the minutes and heavy usage? No major injuries. Most time he’s missed in a season is 13 games. For a guy his size, that’s a miracle.
