I have a question @FairyLoot: If I have a pending order that hasn't shipped yet and I have a new shipping address, would it be better to update my account with the new address? Or do you guys send out address checks prior to shipments?.

I've been trying to time my holds for this series. Having the Deliver Later option is a great feature, BUT being able to borrow a series as one with (slightly) extended borrowing time? I think it could be a REALLY good idea.

Hear me out @LibbyApp. Not sure if this is even possible, but what about making full series a borrowable option? Ideally making it easier to listen to/read a series straight through. Individual copies of each book would still be available for those interested in reading solo.

Granted, PayPal is attempting to fix their mistake, but this + having to still deal with the seller after two months (because she's been hella annoying & rude throughout the whole situation) is frustrating and I really just wanted to vent.

So I had to call PayPal back to have the claim reopened because I was given misinformation (and provided proof of such) and not allowed to take the correct steps after being given the correct information before my claim was closed.

After getting the correct info from the phone rep & info on what needed to be done, I waited a week for @PayPal to update the claim so I could continue with the proper procedure only for them to say my request was denied and close my claim.

Following the directive of what the @PayPal chat rep told me, waited for a response from the seller. She didn't answer; I updated my claim saying the seller wasn't being cooperative only to end up talking to a PP rep on the phone and be told what the chat rep said was incorrect.

After responding to the claim, she said the bro thing. Me, following the directive of the @PayPal rep respond in kind:

She waits days to respond to the escalated claim saying she'll refund after I send the book back. I don't feel like I should have to pay for shipping back to the UK cuz I'd lose money. I tell @PayPal that and a representative says to me . Which turns out to be misinformation.

We continue to go back and forth for a minute. She calls me rude and continues to the play victim. Never once taking responsibility for the issue, and ultimately, I say if we can't resolve this, I'll just continue with PayPal. In which she gets self-righteous and huffy.
