Describe Noel Dempsey the man!!
He’s taken mentally broken adults, young men and rebuilt us all as people, then he got us enjoying football and life as a family!

My personal opinion is it’s garbage! Give them a ball and ‘Coach’ them technically. Any fitness work can be ball related!

Started off as 6 kids on a council field, tonight we had 30 kids at the Cheshire FA HQ, Friday we’re off to play Shrewsbury Town!

Tonight’s elite session was nothing short of academy standard the way the kids trained. Movement off the ball and Creating space with Jordan, and Receiving priorities with Ryan.
