An example. in the gym my coach and I were discussing injuries and how they tend to come from not laying the foundations properly before doing the “bigger” exercises. We must first read the manual then assemble what’s inside. Love and light .J.

We have to flip the switch from self improvement to SELF UNDERSTANDING. Understanding ourselves will lead to improving ourselves. I find that a lot of time we try to improve without understanding ….

Well we tend to spend so much time worrying/thinking about what other people think about us and this brings about fear/doubt and a reluctance towards the pursuit of our dreams. What’s the lesson?.
