'The Best of the Best' Congrats to Lt Cdr Phil Barron who was presented with his A1 instructor certificate by RAdm Rimington (DFgen and Rear Admiral FAA). A1 meaning an instructor who is EXCEPTIONAL in all respects. The last time this was achieved in the RN was 29 years ago!
