SIR members - email campaign Congress re inc Medicare rates. Pls sign if you feel so inclined? Cost of running a medical practice up by 47%, Medicare physician payments declined by 26% 2001 to 2023. -SIR Haven’t fact checked exact #’s but gist is real. TY @SIRspecialists !!

As promised .. retrograde ANTERIOR P3/TPT access. Fluoro in ipsilat ant oblique to allow puncture between tib/fib. Usu only insert 2.3 or 2.6 Fr microcatheter. Closure after rendevous and Rx with internal balloon hemostasis and can also inject some thrombin through microcath

56 yo diabetic with ischemic rest pain preventing him from working and duplex showing long SFA stenosis/occlusion DENIED angiography by #wellcare. What is this country coming to? We need CARE not special interest PROFITS.
