As promised . retrograde ANTERIOR P3/TPT access. Fluoro in ipsilat ant oblique to allow puncture between tib/fib. Usu only insert 2.3 or 2.6 Fr microcatheter. Closure after rendevous and Rx with internal balloon hemostasis and can also inject some thrombin through microcath

56 yo diabetic with ischemic rest pain preventing him from working and duplex showing long SFA stenosis/occlusion DENIED angiography by #wellcare. What is this country coming to? We need CARE not special interest PROFITS.
