Big day in #FortLauderdale today. One Stop Shop deal appears to have collapsed. And then Mayoral Candidate Barbra Stern @babsftl73 did this to Commissioner Glassman. Belt to Glass.

One Stop Shop’s attorneys are now threatening the City and claiming it is the City who is in fact in breach of the Comprehensive Agreement. Enough is enough its time to put a stop to the madness. Fort Lauderdale taxpayers deserve answers — not intimidation tactics from developers

On May 6, 2025, the City Commission finally had enough. After years of empty promises and a fenced-off 3.3-acre lot in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, they declared the One Stop Shop developer in default. The reason? Failure to prove financing. https://t.co/OPR42G98oW

Boy the St Regis developers having a rough time with transparency . They’re behind the removal of the historical basketball courts are telling buyers they’re getting a private beach. They are not. Then they gaslight opponents and name call concerned residents. #FortLauderdale

Steve Glassman interrupts Charlotte Rodstrom’s allotted speaking time at a candidate introduction to a neighborhood non partisan event in a church cafeteria. New York meets real Ft Lauderdale. #FortLauderdale #fixftl
