Open Source Initiative has fought this battle many times now. Many companies have claimed that their new business case is “special” and needs more protections than Open Source can offer…but they also want the halo effect of Open Source. You simply CANNOT have it both ways 1/2

Woah. A new dawning of computing is starting to enter the scene. The next 10yrs will be awesome.
Built a command line chatbot in Python with the ChatGPT API. 16 lines of code. I'm not sure anyone's ever shipped a more powerful devtool than OpenAI.

Twitter does some things so darn well, like how their embeds work, the web app, the related tweets, how the app works when you don't have a good connection... if you're an engineer that worked on that stuff and want to do it again, HMU

Yes!!! City streets for the people!
Yesterday's election was a huge one for transforming streets and improving public transportation in San Francisco. Prop J appears set to pass by a wide margin (with I similarly failing) and L is on track to pass, too.
