At that moment, it became such a strong confirmation to me that God truly hears us, even the silent thoughts in our hearts. If God could see the little thoughts running through my mind and immediately put it in the heart of His minister to speak to me because He knew I was hurt,

Then the residential pastor suddenly stopped me and started speaking to me about the exact thoughts I had been having in my mind, encouraging me not to feel discouraged. Mind you, I’m still a new member here. I’m simply someone who has been consistent in attending church.

I dropped my bag and went straight to church because I didn’t want to miss the program. So when that happened, I felt so hurt that I made up my mind I wouldn’t attend that program again. Immediately the service ended, I picked up my Bible and was heading home.
