Late to the party, but just created my first PHP attribute, sure, I can get the model I need in other ways, but just adding an attribute into the parameters is a lot less code than other ways, and @laravelphp contextual parameter support makes this even simpler!

Our very own @jpeters8889 just got featured as Laravel's Artisan of the Day! From 20 years of PHP to giving talks on clean code. Pretty proud of this one. "It's not a job, it's a hobby, and I couldn't be happier." That's the kind of energy we build with here at @jumptwenty4

Really excited to be @laravelphp artisan of the day, when I first discovered laravel in 2018 I can honestly say it changed my life, I wouldn't be where I am today without it

December. That really snuck up on me fast! We've had a brilliant year at Jump24. We've been lucky enough to work on some brilliant projects and work with some excellent clients, and I've been lucky enough to work with a team that continues to honestly make me so proud. But

Spent the past 6 weeks or so working on a new mobile app for Coeliac Sanctuary, written in React Native with Expo, I'm a Vue guy at heart for the web, and while there's a lot of similar concepts between Vue and React, there was a lot of things I missed that 'just work' in Vue

Not a programming language, but started learning html at age 13 in 2002, php in September 2004 (21 years ago...) and still use and love php to this day, but nowadays with @laravelphp... Typescript is a close second though when using vue or react, but only started using ts in 2018

Our scale-up client needed to move fast with an investment deadline approaching. We added 2 Laravel devs to their team straight away. Got up to speed quickly, then scaled back when done. That's Team as a Service in action 👌

Read all about my wife Alison, her story, and the website I built and look after for her!
There have been soooo many new followers recently, I thought I would do a little intro for those who don't know me. So, I am Alison, I have been diagnosed Coeliac for 11.5 years and created Coeliac Sanctuary a shade over 11 years ago. ⬇️⬇️
