Christmas is a rare but pleasant balance. Time to reconnect with family and friends, and just enough quiet moments to make real progress on the projects that matter.

Thinking about heading back to Osaka for a longer stay. Feels like the right place to lock in, build, and maybe even start a whole new chapter.

The more I build, the more I realise progress isn’t loud. It’s just a bunch of quiet days that stack up when no one’s watching.

Skipped hanging out with mates tonight, went to the gym, came home, and coded instead. Crazy how good it feels to choose the grind sometimes.

I talk a lot about consistency, but lately, I’ve been struggling to find it myself. I find building a SaaS isn’t really just hard work, it’s staying steady when life keeps pulling you off track.

Coming home after traveling feels weird the world slows down, but the work speeds up. I guess it's time to settle in and build properly again.

Just got back from a month long trip to Japan. My key takeaway from the trip is: it's easy to overestimate how consistent you'll be with working on projects when travelling.

Recently in my travels there's been a question stuck in my mind: Is there a sisyphus bolder that's worth pushing, knowing it will crush you?

Building a SaaS teaches you one thing. half the battle is just showing up, even when you’d rather do literally anything else.
